Pin-Up sign in details: what the form asks for
Pin-Up Login starts with the registered email address or mobile number and the account password. Select Sign in in the site header to open the account form; Registration is the separate route for a new INR account, while Forgot Password starts recovery for an existing one.
- Select Sign in rather than Registration when the Pin-Up account already exists.
- Enter the same email address or mobile number used during Registration.
- Type the account password exactly; check Caps Lock and the keyboard language before submitting.
- Use Forgot Password when the password is unavailable; recovery begins with the registered contact.
Pin-Up website login: five exact actions
Desktop and mobile browsers use the same Pin-Up account flow. The Sign in action opens the login form, the identity field accepts the registered email or mobile number, and the second field accepts the password created during Registration.
- Open the Pin-Up page and select the visible Sign in action.
- Enter the registered email address or mobile number in the account field.
- Enter the account password; replace an old auto-filled value when necessary.
- Submit the form and wait for the account area to replace the Registration and Sign in prompts.
- Open Slots, Bonuses, the profile or cashier from the signed-in account menu.
Website login errors: field-by-field checks
Most recoverable errors come from a contact that does not match Registration, an incorrect password value or stored browser data. Check the two form fields first, then reset only the site data needed for a fresh Sign in attempt.
- Account not found: use the registered email or mobile number rather than a different contact.
- Incorrect password: remove the auto-filled value, retype it and check Caps Lock and keyboard language.
- Form returns to Sign in: clear cookies and site data for the Pin-Up page, reopen it and submit once more.
- Buttons or account menu missing: hard-refresh the page or open the same login route in another browser.
Pin-Up login on Android, iPhone and mobile web
The Android APK, iPhone Home Screen shortcut and mobile website all use the same registered email or mobile number and password. Only the launch route changes: Android opens the installed Pin-Up icon, iPhone opens the Safari-created shortcut, and mobile web opens the account form in Chrome or Safari.
Mobile launch routes and the shared account
- Android APK: open the installed Pin-Up icon and select Sign in.
- iPhone: open the Pin-Up Home Screen shortcut created through Safari and select Sign in.
- Mobile web: open the site in Chrome or Safari and use the header Sign in action.
- For every route, enter the registered email or mobile number plus the same account password.
Forgot Password and account recovery routes
| Situation | First action | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Password is unavailable | Select Forgot Password | Enter the registered email or mobile number |
| Reset message is not visible | Confirm the contact matches Registration | Check the matching inbox or SMS messages, then retry |
| Email is not recognised | Try the registered mobile number | Submit the recovery request with that contact |
| Mobile number is not recognised | Try the registered email address | Submit the recovery request with that contact |
| No access to either registered contact | Open Customer Care or 24/7 live chat | Provide the account identifier and a screenshot of the error |
Four practical account-access rules
Pin-Up access depends on two account values: the registered contact and password. Keep both under the account holder’s control, avoid saving the password on a shared device, and use Forgot Password rather than repeated guesses when the stored value is uncertain.
Password and shared-device checklist
- Use a password that is not reused for the registered email account.
- Do not send the password or a recovery message to another person.
- Keep access to the registered email or mobile number for future recovery.
- Select Log out and remove saved credentials after using a shared browser.
When Pin-Up login support is the next step
Use the Customer Care section or 24/7 live chat when Forgot Password cannot reach the registered contact. This site also lists [email protected] and +91 11 4211 4200; include the account email or mobile number, device type, browser or APK route, and a screenshot of the exact Sign in error.
